Okie dokie. I’m 13, female, and have a *bit* more flab than i’d like. I’ve started to make a habit of playing tennis every day (court in backyard) to both improve my tennis and burn those nasty calories. Usually i do a couple rounds on the ball machine after school (going to try getting in at least one before school too). I’m really focusing on trying to tone up the flab on my lower stomach. What kind of ab exercises should i do and is this the kind of cardio that will burn fat?

i’d also like some suggestions on meal proportions and what make good snacks. merci!

Tired while playing tennis?

Today i was playing tennis and i got really tired after the first set. I barely get tired after the first set unless my opponent is making me run. But today I was making him run, it wasnt even that hot compared to other days that have been hotter. I still managed to win the first set 6-1 and every point wasn’t even long. Has this ever happen to u and what are some ways to prevent from getting tired so quickly. In case u r wondering i’m not old, I just turned 17 and i’m used to practing for more than two or more hours a day, 3-4 times a week.

Tennis Fitness HELP??

I am a 15 year old girl who has been playing tennis for about 1 1/2 years. I am skinny and barely eat junk food. Whenever I play though, I always move a lot and get tired really fast! My energy gets drained out, and I get EXTREMELY tired. Am I out of shape? What should I do? I have started running like 10 minutes every day to try to get in shape? Would that help?
